Elestial quartz is composed of silicon dioxide. It is a variety between smoky quartz and citrine, presenting an amorphous form with distinct folds and edges. In Brazil, it is called "jacaré," which means "crocodile," as its external shape resembles the reptile's scaly skin. It may contain various elements as impurities, especially aluminum, lithium, sodium, potassium, iron, and titanium.
