Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. (These times may be affected by national holidays.)
You will then receive an immediate confirmation email.

Once shipped, you will receive another email notifying you that you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by the shipping company.

The main shipping company is Correos (Spanish Postal Service). The cost is €6.50 for Spain, sent via Correos Certified Mail (2-5 business days).

We ship to the entire European Union and Schengen Area for €12.

For all other countries, the shipping cost is €18.

Shipping costs include packaging and handling.

Shipping is free within Spain for orders over €89.

The store reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of these clauses at any time without prior notice.

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return if the item is not for you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Once the return is received and it is verified that everything is in order, the refund will be processed on the same day.

Custom-made items are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

Occasional contact will not damage them, but frequent exposure can deteriorate the materials over time.

Gems such as pyrite, lapis lazuli, fluorite, malachite, selenite, malachite, or celestine cannot be submerged in water.
