HOW DO I KNOW THIS PART IS FOR ME?
You may be drawn to a crystal without knowing why, you may look at it several times, or something about its shape, color, or energy may connect with you in a special way, its connection to a specific chakra... That connection is already an answer.
Ultimately, beyond the meaning of each crystal, the most important thing is the connection you create with it and what it represents on your own journey.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes, I create custom pieces.
If you feel like you want something special, different, or with a more specific meaning, you can write to me and we can work together to shape a unique piece of jewelry for you.
I will work from your idea, your intention, or whatever you want to represent.
Each piece is created from scratch, by hand, respecting the process times and taking care of every detail.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece and shipment is prepared by hand, so the order is shipped within 24/48 hours.
Once shipped, the order is sent via Certified Post with a tracking number. In Spain, it usually takes 2-5 business days. International shipments take 7 to 15 business days.
You will receive a tracking number to know where your order is at all times.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return if the item is not for you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Once the return is received and it is verified that everything is in order, the refund will be processed on the same day.
Custom-made items are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
Where is the jewelry manufactured?
They are handmade by David Garcia in Spain.
Can they get wet?
I recommend avoiding contact with water to preserve the leather, waxed thread, and the natural state of the mineral.
Occasional contact will not damage them, but frequent exposure can deteriorate the materials over time.
Gems such as pyrite, lapis lazuli, fluorite, malachite, selenite, malachite, or celestine cannot be submerged in water.
WHERE DO MINERALS COME FROM?
From professional suppliers in different countries such as Mexico, Brazil, or India. All minerals are authentic and 100% natural.
