The refund policy is 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be issued.

To process a return, you must return the proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product in perfect condition, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Each piece and shipment is prepared by hand, so the order is shipped within 24/48 hours.

Once shipped, the order is sent via Certified Post with a tracking number. In Spain, it usually takes 2-5 business days. International shipments take 7 to 15 business days.
