Chalcedony , or blue ribbon agate , is a silica mineral with a microcrystalline structure. It occurs in hydrothermal veins, volcanic rocks, and sedimentary rocks. It is a crystal associated with the Throat Chakra and inspires peace of mind, tranquility, optimism, and opens us up to express our feelings and emotions more clearly.
